Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express Shipping takes 2–3 business days via UPS or FedEx. Overnight Shipping delivers in 1 business day via FedEx Priority. Shipping time begins after your order is processed, which takes 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping is $6.99, Express is $12.99, and Overnight is $24.99. Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Yes! Standard Shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. Simply add $75 or more to your cart and free standard shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply to AK and HI orders. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold and may require additional transit time of 1–3 business days beyond standard estimates.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We are exploring international shipping options for future expansion. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2–3 business days. After processing, refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal processing time.
Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the size/color you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
We sincerely apologize for any errors or damage. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Sizing & Product
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing to the chart. Our boxy-fit styles are intentionally oversized — if you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size.
Our garment-washed styles are pre-shrunk during the washing process, so you should experience minimal additional shrinkage. For best results, wash cold inside out and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid high heat as it can cause slight shrinkage over time.
For all our tees: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on reverse if needed, avoiding direct contact with the printed graphic. For tie-dye styles, wash separately on the first wash as colors may bleed. For vintage wash styles, expect colors to continue softening with each wash — this is a feature, not a flaw!
Most of our tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, which is softer and stronger than regular cotton. Some styles use a cotton/spandex blend for added stretch. Specific fabric details are listed on each individual product page under "Product Details & Care."
We do our best to photograph our products accurately under consistent studio lighting. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor calibration. Garment-washed and tie-dye items will naturally vary slightly between pieces, as this is part of the handcrafted process.
Orders & Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely via PayPal's encrypted checkout. We do not store or have access to your card details.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it within our 30-day return window.
At this time, we do not offer digital gift cards. However, we are working on launching a gift card feature in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they become available.
