At Smart Ecommerce, we want you to absolutely love your new tee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by carrier tracking)
  • Item is unworn — not worn beyond trying on for fit
  • Item is unwashed — not laundered or dry cleaned
  • Item is in its original condition — no alterations, damage, or odors
  • Original tags must still be attached and intact
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging or similar protective packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with missing or removed tags
  • Items damaged by the customer (not including manufacturing defects)
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that smell of perfume, smoke, sweat, or other odors

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item(s):

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include in your email: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  4. Ship your item(s) back to us using any trackable shipping method. Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).

Our Error or Defective Items: If we shipped you the wrong item, or if your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please email us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Smart Ecommerce LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund issued to: Your original payment method (PayPal account, or credit/debit card used via PayPal)
  • Refund timeline: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing, depending on your bank or PayPal's processing time
  • Refund amount: Full product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or PayPal account first, then contact us at [email protected].

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for (size/color)
  2. We will confirm availability and send return instructions
  3. Ship your original item back to us
  4. Once received, we will ship your new item (additional shipping may apply)

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality very seriously. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during shipping, please:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos of the defect or damage and your order number
  • We will ship a replacement item at no charge, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer
  • We may provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrectly shipped items
